About me:
I am the Beer Specialist for Regional Wines and Spirits one of the most comprehensive and unique liquor retailers in New Zealand. My background is as a cheese monger and I have an all round passion for fermented foods. I have a particular passion for English beer styles and I run a 60 litre real ale home brewery.
Ok so I have totally neglected my cheese of the month posts, its not easy living in two houses working 44 hours a week and indulging a brewing habit, I mean hobby. Here are some pictures of the new climate controlled cheese rooms and cabinet in our new Fresh Market at work. Flash flash flash!

Wow! They'll look even better when the climate controlled beer rooms get installed alongside.

Good weather for my tomato plant and chilli seedlings.
No unfortunately classy brews such as Corona, Spring Tide, Steinlager Pure ect have entered the Fresh Market alongside a couple Tuataras.
